2. Cancellation and Refunds for Prepaid Services

  • Services Not Yet Rendered: If you have prepaid for a service and it has not yet been provided, you may request a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled service more than 48 hours before the service is to take place, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 10%.

3. Refunds for Emergency Services

For emergency services, if the service is initiated, no refund will be provided for any work that has already been completed. However, we will make every effort to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Consultation or set-up fees
  • Services that have been fully or partially completed
  • Fees for third-party services, products, or software purchased on your behalf

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you have purchased any physical products from EZ Care LLC and they are damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
